In cases of returns only regarding the quality of the goods, the buyer has to send official written notification indicating the rejected amount of goods, product visuals and box label pictures to the seller within 72 hours after goods delivered to buyer. Claims declared after 72 hours are not accepted.

• All goods are shipped upon the requested delivery date.
• Flowers are packed in carton boxes and piled on a pallet to transport by truck or flight.
